My Journey to Reiki
My path took an unexpected turn when I was 14 years old, facing the diagnosis of Lupus. It was a wake-up call to the interconnectedness of mind, soul, and body. My mother took me on a quest to explore every avenue of healing, from conventional medicine to holistic practices. Slowly but surely, I began to recover, and it became crystal clear that holistic healing held immense potential to heal the soul.
Fast forward to three years ago, when I found myself in a place where I was experiencing multiple forms of trauma, feeling psychologically unsafe, and witnessing my body's decline. My thyroid had stopped functioning, my hair was falling out, and the radiant happiness I once knew seemed to be slipping through my fingers. In the midst of therapy to help me process the pain and hurt, I had a pivotal moment at 4 AM when I felt an urgent need to release the energy that had taken hold of me. Desperate for a solution, I turned to the ever-helpful internet and stumbled upon Reiki. It was the beginning of a beautiful journey toward healing.
I sought out an incredible Reiki practitioner who became my guide on this transformative path. The peace and healing I experienced were nothing short of miraculous. This profound transformation stirred a deep desire within me to share this incredible gift with others.
Reiking Sunshine was born from this passion for healing and a belief in the boundless potential within each of us. My mission is to increase accessibility to healing for all because I know that as we heal individually, the world heals collectively.
Imagine a Reiki session as your personal sunshine-infused magic spell, a delightful journey that unlocks your inner radiance, dissolves stress, and rekindles your zest for life. Together, as we harness the radiant power of Reiki, we can create a ripple effect of healing that extends far beyond ourselves, bringing light and positivity to all.
