What You’ll Learn:

Day 1 - Reiki Level I:

• What Reiki is and how it supports healing

• The history of Reiki and how it’s used today

• How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment

• Gassho meditation technique

• Aura scanning using Byosen Scanning

• Chakra balancing and energy clearing

• Kenyoku (dry bathing technique to disconnect from energy)

• Placement (attunement) to Reiki 1 energy

Day 2 - Reiki Level II:

• Three Reiki symbols and how to use them

• Sending Reiki across time and space (distance healing)

• How to give a full 60-minute Reiki session to others

• Gyoshi-ho (sending Reiki with your eyes)

• How to use Reiki for emotional habits, relationships, and goals

• Placement (attunement) to Reiki 2 energy
