Reiki 1 is the awakening — the beginning of your Reiki journey. It gently opens your energy channels, helps release stuck or stagnant energy, and introduces you to the foundations of self-healing. While both Reiki 1 & 2 are needed to begin practicing Reiki on others, Level 1 on its own is powerful for personal healing and learning how this technique works in your body and daily life. If you're feeling the nudge to start slow or simply want to explore Reiki for your own well-being, this class is a wonderful place to begin.

 

What You’ll Learn:

Day 1 - Reiki Level I:

• What Reiki is and how it supports healing

• The history of Reiki and how it’s used today

• How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment

• Gassho meditation technique

• Aura scanning using Byosen Scanning

• Chakra balancing and energy clearing

• Kenyoku (dry bathing technique to disconnect from energy)

• Placement (attunement) to Reiki 1 energy

• 125-page International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) manual

• Reiki Level I certificate upon completion
