You do not need to arrive feeling ready. You do not need to understand how Reiki works or have any particular belief about energy healing. You just need to show up, lie down, and let your body do what it already knows how to do when it is given the space.
That is what these sessions create. Space.

Reiki Sessions

30 Minute Reiki Refresh Session (Virtual)
A focused session for when you need a reset and do not have a lot of time. This is a good starting point if you are new to Reiki or want to experience the work before committing to a longer session.

What you can expect: a calmer nervous system, a quieter mind, and a body that feels less like it is bracing for the next thing.

60 Minute Reiki Session
(In-person or Virtual)
A full session for deeper nervous system regulation and energetic support. This is the session I recommend for women navigating burnout, chronic illness, emotional heaviness, or significant life stress.

The extra time allows us to go deeper. Your body has more space to settle, more room to release, and more opportunity to fully arrive somewhere different than where you started.

Distance Reiki: How It Works
Distance sessions are equally as effective as in-person sessions. Energy is not limited by physical proximity, and many clients find that receiving Reiki in their own home, in their own space, allows them to drop in more fully.
Here is what to expect for a distance session:

You will receive a confirmation and a short intake form after booking

At the time of your session, find a comfortable place to lie down or sit, somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed

You may play soft music or simply rest in silence

I will hold the session from my space during the scheduled time
Afterward, you will receive a brief session summary with any observations or practices to support your integration
You do not need to be on a video call if you do not want to. You simply need to be still and available to receive.

ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER
I am Natalie, a Reiki Master with years of practice and training in Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, and Karuna Reiki. I have worked with more than 3,000 women using energy healing as part of a broader approach to burnout recovery and nervous system support.

What I bring to every session is not just technique. It is presence. The ability to hold a space that feels genuinely safe, genuinely unhurried, and genuinely oriented toward what your body actually needs rather than what looks good on a menu.
​
I also hold a Master of Social Work, an MSc from Oxford, an MA, and certifications in somatic healing and trauma. I understand the nervous system not just energetically but clinically. That combination is what makes this work different.

Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. Your belief is not a requirement. Reiki works with your body's nervous system and its natural capacity to regulate and restore. Many of my most skeptical clients have had the most significant experiences.
Is Reiki safe if I have a medical condition?
Yes. Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and safe to receive alongside medical treatment, therapy, and other wellness practices. It is a complementary support, not a replacement for medical care. If you have specific concerns, you are welcome to reach out before booking.

Some answers for some frequently asked questions.
What if I fall asleep during the session?
That is absolutely fine. It means your body felt safe enough to fully let go. The session continues and the work is still received.
How often should I come?
A single session is genuinely valuable and you will feel something shift. For women navigating burnout, chronic illness, or ongoing stress, regular sessions create a more sustained and cumulative effect on the nervous system. Monthly sessions are a good rhythm for maintenance. More frequent sessions during a difficult period can be deeply supportive.
Can I book Reiki and coaching together?
Yes. Many of my clients do both. The Reiki creates the nervous system foundation and the coaching gives it direction. If you are interested in combining both, book a free discovery call and we can talk through what makes sense for you.
